Peel and dice 6 large potatoes.
Finely shred a half head of kale and lightly steam.
Add 175ml creamery whole milk, 2 tablespoons of fresh cream, 3 tablespoon of butter
Add the cream mixture to the potatoes and mix.
Then add the shredded kale to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Chop 3 spring onions and add to mixture.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
