8 large large Eggs Egg
150 g g Cheese Cheese
2,5 tbsp tbsp Butter Butter
0,5 half half Lime Lime

Method

  • Wash, shake and dry herbs, finely chop. Stir the cheese in a bowl and season with a little lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
  • Fry slices of bacon until crispy and leave to the side. Cut tomato into thin slices and fry on both sides. Fry the egg until yoke is soft and place over the bacon.
  • Meanwhile, heat tortillas in a dry pan. Place on tomatoes on each side, lightly salt and serve immediately. Sprinkle with fresh cheese and place the bacon and egg on top.
