- In a jug, stir the dilute or fruit juice together with the water.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds. Add 2-3 strawberry slices or a small handful of blueberries to each one.
- Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours, then push a wooden lollipop stick into each one and continue freezing for another 2-3 hours until hard.
Swap the water for full fat plain yoghurt for a creamy version of these ice pops.
