Pork & Apple Burgers with Rocket Salad
- To make the burgers, mix the pork mince, apple, garlic, egg & breadcrumbs together and season.
- Mould the mixture into 4 large patties (or 8 smaller burgers) and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
- Grill the burgers for 10 minutes on each side. For the salad, mix the rocket leaves with some olive oil, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- To serve, toast the buns and top with the burgers and a handful of salad. Serve with homemade sweet potato fries.
