Cooking time: 10 Min.

Preparation

1. Peel and cut the melon into 2 inch pieces. Place onto a cookie sheet and freeze for at least 5 hours.

2. Place the frozen melon chunks into a food processor or blender and add the honey, lemon juice, and coconut water. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour the blended melon into a loaf pan and freeze for another 5 hours.

4. Finally scoop & serve
