Blend the popcorn in a blender and add bread crumbs. Blend until finely chopped and mixed through.
Now season the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together well and then dip the chicken into the flour, then egg, and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
Then to cook the chicken, adjust your fryer to 170°. Fry until they become golden brown and crispy.
