Buttercream icing

50 g g Butter Butter
100 g g Icing Sugar Icing Sugar

Method

Method

  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees
  • Cream butter and sugar for 5 mins
  • Add the eggs and half the flour and beat
  • Add the vanilla extract and the rest of the flour
  • Put cases into tray and fill them with 2 tbsp. of the mix
  • Bake for around 15 mins and let them cooldown on a tray

Buttercream icing:

  • Cream the butter and icing sugar
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat
  • Wait until the cupcakes are cool and then decorate them with the icing and sprinkles
  • Enjoy and eat most of them yourself
