Chocolate Spread with Cherries
- Mix the almonds with boiling water, let it rest for a few minutes, then drain. Press the almonds out of the cuttings, dab and dry well, grind very finely. Mix in with cocoa.
- Dice the cherries finely. Chop the chocolate and melt with butter and cream over a hot water bath. Add the cherries and almond mixture to the chocolate. Spread in 2 clean glasses. Close and cool. Keep in a refrigerator.
