Method

  1. Clean fresh berries.
  2. Wash and drain them.
  3. Thaw frozen berries.
  4. Bananas peel.
  5. Fold the fruit smoothly with grape and lemon juice.
  6. The Smoothie tastes best fresh, but keeps well chilled about 24 hours.
  7. Shake well before drinking.
