BBQ Beef Kofta with Carrot and Cherry Tomato Salad
- Place the mince, garlic, spices into a bowl and season well with salt and pepper and mix together
- Divide the mixture into eight portions and place each portion of minced beef onto each skewer to form a sausage shape and place into fridge for ten minutes to set.
- To make the salad mix the onion, tomatoes and the carrot together with some salt and pepper and the olive oil, then add lemon juice and the zest and the chopped mint. And the honey
- Now grill the koftas on the bbq for four minutes each side until cooked and serve
Tip- add some red chilli chopped for extra spice
