1. Cook the pork sausages to your liking.
2. Boil the baby potatoes until tender.
3. Mix together 2 tbsp soft cheese with chives, 2 tbsp greek style yogurt, 1/4 tbsp wholegrain mustard, diced pepper, parsley and some Kania salt & pepper.
4. Drain the potatoes & cool slightly.
5. Mix the potatoes with the yogurt mix.
6. Serve along with the sausages & some Batts mustard.
